Upgrade orbi firmware.
Once setup was completed, I flashed up to version 2.6.5.32 of the firmware (the one right before the problematic and most recent 2.7.5.6 release) since for some reason the setup hangs during the internet check when trying to setup from this version of the firmware and there is no longer any option in 2.6.5.32 to skip the internet check.
