Go to the router control page (I think it is 192.168.1.254) and see the status of the connection to AT&T. You can try a soft reset but if that doesn't do it remove power to the router for 10 seconds then give it 5 minutes. After that call them have your account# and pin ready, they will try to push some code to the router and test it remotely ...
