The last replacement Battery lasted just beyond 3yr warranty period, but died last week. Despite charging, it now only keeps 11.5v. Depending on average temperature and usage patterns, it could only do 8-13 miles on pure EV (winter/summer), but after that it ran like a normal Prius.
