For another, the best Memento builds will use the kill confirmed buff in combat, because you'll get more awesome stuff like weapon damage and bonus armor whatnot.

Hey. I just got one to drop by farming one of the boss levels on heroic. I did level 10. Once the boss spawns kill the boss but leave other NPCs alive. Open the map and go to the lobby. Enter the elevator and you’re back at the boss floor. If you wipe after killing the boss still travel back to the lobby to reset the floor.If you play this season enough to get the Hornet Season Manhunt mission (if you didnt do it in season 3) you have a guaranteed drop of either Memento or Backfire. 90 levels, 12 weeks, 84 days. It's 1.07 level per day. It's a single heroic mission per day. Less than 10 mins for Lincoln including launching the game.
