This guy is pretty much immune to weaken, decrease defense, and poison debuffs. This makes him very useful in a lot of different areas of the game. So it really comes down to how much you spend and where you want to use them, I'd say if you want to use him as a DEF nuke for arena (specifically plat or gold Tag Arena) its worth getting a dupe for empowerment or faction guardians. If he's just a stun-bot or you have better nukers (Soulless, Trunda, Hephraak, etc.) then I wouldn't pull for it.
