The original door was rusted out and was sagging from it's own weight (or so I thought) the other day I scored a new door off a scout that shut perfectly and alighned flawlesslie. Once I mounted up the new door it sagged worse then the old one!Some people have had success adapting Scout II guides to the 800's. You should also check the screws holding the window regulator to the door. You'll have to remove your door panel to do that which means removing the door handle and window crank as well as any arm rests. ... First post here. Just wanted to share a source for 800 door hinge pins. These are stainless steel. I've attached two photos that show one of the new pins beside an original pin from my 800A. The size 0.275" X 2.75" matches the original, however, the knurling teeth are coarser than the originals (but should seat without a problem.
