Honestly anything works lmfao. Habatica and Todoist are two separate concepts. One is for tracking habits and the other is for completing tasks so they can coincide together. Though personally habit trackers never worked for me as I feel like they're very passive.

Actual projects and one off tasks break into as small as possible steps. Then add each step to your to do list. Sometimes if you can't complete a whole task you still get the productivity boost of ticking one step. E.g. find paint, sand, first coat, second coat, screw parts together. Thank you for the advice. I'm definitely trying to figure out what I need to do - whether that's leaving or finding something new.
