Aug 13, 2019 · I have got a 2003 Ranger 500 petrol, I have replaced the stator, coil, CDI unit, HT lead and spark plug, but still no spark, can anyone suggest anything to help? I have the same issue. Did you find any solutions? I've tried new stator, ignition coil, spark plug wire, cap and spark plug. Also did CDI box and rectifier.

Did something happen to possibly cause this issue, referring to you riding conditions and use of the Ranger. Give us a little more information.
