If the F6 has that, it might be worth a roll of film testing its accuracy before replacing the focusing screen. After reinserting the battery power is restored and everything is fine. It's happened about half a dozen times over the last few months. The expected D850 shutter life is 200,000. From your experience is the 200,000 conservative or should I factor in a shutter replacement, or just pray it lasts well over 220,000. Anybody have any shutter count data for the D850. There are numerous editing programs based on your needs, budget and hardware. For something simple and free, there is Shotcut. Have a greater desire and better hardware, there is Davinci Resolve and FCP among many others. Focus is swift and sure and it makes for a nicer travel/walkaround lens vs the 24-70. But it's a 5:1 zoom vs a 3:1 zoom so there will be some optical compromises. Consider the Tamron 70-200 G2. After debating over the Nikon 70-200 f/4 and 70-300 AF-P (FX) I decided to get the Tamron for the f/2.8 aperture and to save a little over the Nikon f/4. The Tamron is a great lens, on par with, or just slightly behind Nikon’s 70-200 FL, depending on the reviewer.
