Lorex cloud app not working.
The problem was the firmware was out of date on my NVR. I called Lorex and they sent me an updated firmware and walked me through the process of installing it (very simple). Then I was able to connect to the device in the cloud app using the ID number on the NVR. I can now view my cameras from anywhere I go using the cloud app.
