An MR556/HK416 upper is just as easy to assemble as a DI milspec upper. The lower is easy as long as you get a trigger that will work with the HK BCG (disengage the firing pin safety). It's really easy all things considered. Sourcing some HK parts was slightly challenging since HK BCGs and barrels are expensive and rarer than hens' teeth.
