Theyre dumb because xci can already be installed so converting is pointless. Dumped can mean anything, literally any rom has to be dumped, that label is meaningless. And for the love of god stop using ancient software. Dumped would be xci files (dumped from a cart) and converted is simply converting the file type to nsp.As already stated, programs with signature checks will help make sure games are not modified. You can also check them manually on pc with nsc builder. And nsp and xci have absolutely no difference towards bans.
