Hey, I just download Cemu 1.12.0 to try and play The Legend of Zelda - Breath of the Wild and found that my FPS was stuck around 20 when actually playing the game. I searched online for ways to increase my FPS using things like ShaderCache, Nvidia Settings and Power Options but none of that made a difference. I used the stable fps mod and activate Rivatuner statistics server, capped the FPS at 60fps with it. It was very smooth in my hardware, with only a few drops below 60, but with steady frame times. You can check the frame times using afterburner. (I recommend displaying the frame time graph, if there is a lot of variation, it doesn't feel smooth).
