Vent selector works. Fan selector works, both sides. AC light comes on and loads engine a tiny bit. Actuator gets nice and cold under hood. Hot air in passenger compart. Paid a fix it place $82.00 to find confirm what RAYVOY thought it might be. They say all evidence leads to a bad ac control panel. $205.00 for a new one.
