There is massive screen tearing and stuttering. The only graphic settings that allow the game to run smoothly since the update is: FPS limit = no limit. Background FPS = no limit. VSync = off. Note: If I turn the Vsync on the screen tearing starts to occur again. My card runs about at 92C to support this which is too high.
