It read code P0052 - Voltage to high on Bank 2 Sensor 1 - essentially the new sensor I just put in. Other than the new Yellow light the car ran fine. Morning starts are perfect. But when i start the car again while still warm it will idle very rough. Or occasionally start at red lights.

CKPS's are affected by extreme temperatures. There is a trick to get the CKPS to start working again; you pour some water on the sensor and let the vehicle sit a few minutes. The next time the engine is cranked over; it will start. This is a trick I used when one of the Jeeps would not restart after trail driving a few hours on a hot day. OP.
