If this issue is still occurring, please check for available app updates in the Google Play or Apple Store. Please let us know here if this issue continues to affect you afterwards. I was even able to forget device from my Xfinity app and then reconnect to WiFi which it does and right away it says paused. By going into settings - about phone - status information - WIFI~mac adress - click on said network paused and select either phone or randomized MAC adress. For phones older they must be rooted. Which is another process of its own. Any other device, if you pause, an unpause button will be available. A Comcast Flex Box seems to be a different device object.
