Dealership replaced ball joints but sound persists. The sound only happens at low speeds, over small bumps, and when turning slightly left or right around curves. Search "CRV rattle noise on start up". This could possibly be your noise. These are only made of aluminum and they tend to rot away around any screws and bolts. This is common especially in the rust belt. Check under the hood and the heat shields will mostly be around the exhaust components.
