So, I moved FO4 HD Reworked Project to the top as suggested and tried that out first. When I went to the locations the glitch showed up, they didn't appear. So it seems like that's a mission success! As title says, after completing Reunions, I've got that highly irritating glitch where Dogmeat's only option is to show the cigar. I am playing a modded game.
