Right now I'm running some Federal HST 147gr. As stated already, the difference between "personal defense" and "LE" rounds is the number of rounds you get per box. I suppose that makes some sense because so many people tend to load up one or two magazines of "the good stuff" and call it good for who-knows-how-long.
