Technician manager essentially. A technician manager, you're supposed to make the schedule, work on metrics and such. Depending on your store manager the rxom might not do the schedule. Yes they are supposed to be part of workflow, but will probably be needed elsewhere depending on how many experienced techs there are.And ideally, the RXM and SM pitch in with all of these but there are lot who will be happy to pawn those responsibilities off on you.
