As far as I know JITS is the only free access shop for Tinfoil left, and it is a bit fiddly to get it working. Aside from that I think the rest of the free ones are gone. It's a whole process but here's the instructions. Basically it relies on your Google Drive and you set up an account with Jits and link your Drive. You can copy games to your Drive from the Jits Share site or set it up on Tinfoil. You can join their Discord and that might help if you run into trouble.
