Stay away, terrible platform. Absolutely horrible customer experience. I've been using Tradovate for 2 months now, and during that time I've been locked out of my account 15-20 times. Usually, the account resolves itself within 30 minutes or so (which still should never be happening in the first place).The Tradovate system runs a pre-trade risk review of your account to determine if you have the available margin to place the proposed trade.
