If the engine harness is different than the engine, you either need to change the sensor, or re-pin the plug. You need the service manual for that engine to verify. The sensor is in a different location on that block, because the timing ring is in a different location on the new cranks.I can't seem to find any information out somewhere. As is most things in this build, the line was self assembled.
May 21, 2008 · Oil cooler: The K24 does not come with an oil cooler. You can skip this step and not run with an oil cooler but I highly suggest swapping it over or running an external one. I have the complete Z3 engine with transmission, water pump, oil pump, pan, and everything else. Is the Z3 water pump, oil pump and pan ok and compatible with the A4 block ?
