John deere 24t baler problems.
The needles on my John Deere 24T baler are basically stuck in the knotters. I can remove the pin from the drive arm and they drop out but I can not turn the drive disc more than 3 inches one way or the other. Essentially, the knotter will not complete the cycle.

Could always count on the bales not being consistent in length and a couple super long and a shorty on every load. Gotta relize that baler is old enough to drink whiskey & smoke big cigars. I think the 336-346s came out in about 1970, so that baler is 40-50 yrs old.
