If you're using a device, try going to the website and see whether that works. If it works, the problem is not with Prime and you'd have to troubleshoot the devices themselves. Amazon Prime will not work. Every time we try to watch something it says something went wrong. We have never had a problem until using - 140027.

Your old ISP can't connect to the System Control Center as it's inside the Hughesnet modem.
