We have opportunities in New England, Long Island Sound, and the Great Lakes.Barton and Gray has the potential to be a great place to work. However they are currently going through growing pains and in turn their employees on the operational side of things are suffering. Without much of a training plan to show, new employees are thrown into an unrealistic schedule working 6 to 7 days a week 16 hours a day.
