But the professors for the Social work and CRMJ programs are so helpful and friendly.1st year, and so far made a decent amount of friends which generally is a skill issue so don't quote me on how socially active the UNI is. My advice, join clubs ure interested in or that will help you networking and build connections, UofC has alot of them. Parties are mid as well. Murphy is one of the best lecturers in McCombs and every class was interesting to attend. A lot of weight is given to the entrepreneurship project at the end--make sure to put in good effort. Pay attention to lectures and do the readings and this class is very doable. Rewarding experience by the end of it for sure.

Opportunities are aplenty in the professional sense, but don't get your hopes up socially. Hopefully you have other friends (and a massive scholarship).

Professor Olsen is a wonderful professor. You will delve into SQL like you have never known. You do need to expect quizzes. You will have on average 1 quiz a week and the quizzes are very tough. Expect to read 100+ pages a week in a book that cost $200+.The many groups projects will include a copious amount of work and time.
