Remove the seat from the kart, lay the plywood down then lay the seat frame on the plywood. Mark the holes for the inserts that match the holes in the seat frame. Lift the seat frame off. Using an 11/32" drill bit, drill four holes then thread the inserts into the holes. Cut the padding to fit the plywood base.
