Never, ever, ever buy flooring from Lowes. This review is for the Carlsbad CA store. I have called at least 25 times (no exaggeration) for various issues and have NEVER gotten a call back. After being ping-ponged I finally get someone live, leave a message, and never hear back. Their flooring installers, Keller Interiors, is all but incompetent.
