Remove the left rear wheel, tilt the bed, remove the belt housing breather, remover the metal plate guard ... Reinstall the bolt. Continue filling until coolant comes out of the coolant pipe. Reinstall that bolt. BTW don't forget the little sealing washer that goes under each of those two bolts. Once both bleeders are back in, continue filling the radiator until it's full.
