I have the latest drivers installed and the sensitivity works in the pen settings page of the surface app. However, the sensitivity does not work in the other non-Microsoft art apps I have tried, such as Krita.
I purchased CSP the other day and have been struggling to fix my pen pressure. I've toggled the Wintab / TabletPC many times, and have tried to adjust the pen pressure settings again and again. Every time I try to use my tablet in Wintab mode, CSP immediately crashes. My tablet works fine in TabletPC mode, just without the pen pressure. Most pen pressure issue can be fixed by switching the Tablet service option. The other option is to look at Windows Ink setting in your Tablet Driver setting.
