The sound is loudest around the front passenger area. Someone recorded a video with the same exact sound that I'm hearing. They never posted about whether they found what was wrong or not. 1. Clicking Noise While Turning. Probable Cause: Failed outer CV joint. If your car is making a clicking noise when turning, it is likely you have an outer CV joint (constant velocity joint) that has failed because of a torn boot or old age, most likely a torn boot.
