Ground Finishers are weaker base damage wise than Stealth/Parry Finishers. The average Ground Finisher is 400% of base melee damage. Compare that to Stealth/Parry 32x multiplier. With Ground Finishers scaling with Melee hit counter you would need an 8x combo multiplier or a hit counter higher than 7,971,615.
