Use wyr tires to maintain the loop & secure to frame. Don't scrunch the ties so tight as to crush the tube, just enough to gently hold the hose. The only accurate way to check the oil is to start the engine and let it idle for 3 minutes then let it sit off for 3 minutes. If it sits more than 3 minutes oil will settle into the case and it will read low.
