K1jj tuner.
The input coil connects to your radio and the big coil will have to be tapped out to match the aerial to the radio system. I had a vacuum variable cap available and that connects across the entire big coil. You can SEARCH for the K1JJ tuner and you will see endless postings. Fred

I don't expect to stress it too much, maybe 250 watts carrier at most, and it will ahve already come out of a pi net in the rig of RF deck, if that makes any difference. I plan to run it into dipoles, G5RVs, Windoms etc.

K1JJ: Offhand, without a manual, I would say that is an unbalanced output tuner. It may be designed for coax - or an end fed wire fed against ground. ( T-match) Connecting your open wire to one terminal and ground will ruin the delicate antenna balance. If so, maybe there is a way to modify it with a second coil or cap to make it a balanced ...
