IIRC, guild XP is 200% of Conquest points, so for every Conquest point you earn you get two guild XP. If your guild is less than a week old then you will have to wait before you can start earning guild XP. If over a week then just do anything that earns Conquest points. The more Conquest points you earn the more guild XP you will earn.
