It goes through all the motions, runs down the lines of the calibration sheet and the lines line up with where the light is going, then after a couple minutes it just stops and says it can't read the cut sensor lines.(following the automod’s calibration instructions posted above) they are different sizes and so it causes the DS version to always cause issues. i do not place my calibration sheet or print then cut pages at the corners like indicated in the picture but i account for cricut’s border it adds when you are doing a basic cut like this:

I don't know what is wrong with the Cricut machines, the calibration but even off-centre cutting after 2-3 sheets all the time(!) or with the design space bugs (print option disappears, not to be able to produce a project, open a saved project or to even safe a new project).
