After carefully going through this whole thread, I found that someone suggested downgrading to version 1.0 since the 60 FPS flag was intended for that version. If you go into the game properties in Yuzu, uncheck the updated version. Run the game now and you'll finally get the full 60 FPS.hey, this solved the problem. Honestly, I don't think anyone can currently play BOTW at 60FPS on Yuzu. I have an RTX 3080 Ti 12GB, an i9-9900k at 4.7GHz and 16gb of RAM 3200MHz, and the game still has terrible performance. In its original resolution it runs at 47-58 FPS, and it rarely stays above 50 FPS, so most of the time it is in slowmotion mode.

I've seen in some reviews and posts cemu BotW running at a solid 60fps on the Ally. The Ally runs about 10-20% faster than the steam deck depending on the game at 15watts(steam deck max I think) and the Ally can go up to 25watts hand held and 30 plugged in. Yuzu for the switch is a little different though and hasn't been around as long as Cemu. In terms of raw gameplay, the WiiU and Switch versions of BotW are virtually identical. This is by design, with the BotW dev team essentially forced to cross-make the game on both infrastructures. On console, there's performance differences, with the Switch version running much better and having slightly better draw distance among other things.

I redid the entire setup on my Switch and installed SaltyNX 0.7.2 and added main.npdm patch. I run the game, and increase FPS to 60 in the Overlay. The game FPS started to increase to 60, then when the game is loaded it went back to 30. At the advanced settings page in the overlay, it says.

Okay here's BotW vanilla/no GFX mods. I do have the settings scaled up to max/ultra and 4K 120 fps target, with the camera sensitivity mod tuned, but no custom cel-shading mods applied.
