An SA chestplate is a direct upgrade (technically 50 less defense but bonus 130hp makes up for it) giving 5 strenght, 7 speed and 25% cd. It's definitely better. The full set bonus is next to useless, something j would recommend is getting a necron cp instead. It’s literally cheaper than the sa cp.
