When I first arrived things were very good there with pay and lots of finanical bonuses for all regular donors. The pay use to be $50 dollars first and $90 for second donation.The staff is always nice but the Grifols system could be better/quicker process for donors. I can donate in 25-35 minutes but due to their screening system I generally have to set aside 1.5-2 hours because they appear to be short staffed most of the time.
