Apr 27, 2014 · After last summer, she took a break for about a month. After the break she had gained about 4-5 mph on her fastball. She pitched in a couple fall tournaments with the same velocity. She takes lessons and over the winter months kept her speed but only pitching about two times/week. Her first indoor tourney same thing..good velocity. 3. Local shop had a demo of the new Meta, my daughter really liked it. Apparently the new version is more balanced (she's used to a CF), the owner said he's ordering more -9 than usual for the girls who like the heavier feel. It was pretty too IMO, black and gold. A perfect spiral like this will come in to the catcher in a fairly level line but the spiral spin will be angled slightly upwards. My DD did thousands of these drills. Used to carry a football in the car.

I personally have a 12.5" baseball glove and it is way bigger than the WILSON A2000 12.5" Glove. I was talking with my pitching coach and he said my DD should/can use a BASEBALL glove and that I needed a get a 13" glove. My daughter is 14 yrs. old, 5'4".
