AFAIK, Vortex should be installing simlinks in directory where the game is expecting to find the mods that point to the files in the Vortex staging directory. The mods exist in the staging directory. The Larian Launcher says the game's profile folder is "Appdata\local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3". The Mod folder at that location is empty.With BG3 Mod Manager I just put the .Pak files in the mods folder. Open mgr. Drag to left. Order. Click save.
