Jul 6, 2014 · 2002 Eiger 400 Carb Problems still. I'm still having problems with idling and it still backfires at low throttle. I have the carb apart again. There are three screws on the bottom by the float, 2 regular screwdriver and the bigger one I use a small wrench to back off. I've sprayed carb cleaner thru all three with the screws out. 2002-2007 Suzuki Eiger 400 and 2003-2008 Arctic Cat 400 ATVs are plagued with problems on the original flywheels.
