Try to enable HD using the "Toggle HD Mode" icon where the program is installed (it'll make you restart your pc). Also you have to see an ad in the phone to enable the HD in the free version, I think. I did that and now it works, kinda bad, but it works. Turned out that mine was trying to use my VIVE as the camera.

You have to manually set the key binds. When you set a key bind it should say button 1, input 2 or something like that. There's only one joystick tab for keybinds. go through and select what you want to bind and just press the button or axis on the new stick you want to bind it to. it will appear as "button 3 [joystick 2]" or something.
