TheAnking has a good overview of the basic concepts that are needed when using anki. You could reference those videos but then adapt the information to fit MCAT. Some of the decks such as Miledown deck is sorted by tags rather than decks for each chapter or section of AAMC content guideline like Rebop and Cubene.
