You'll have to use a reader to rip the .bin from your amiibos. Then you can keep those files on your PC to use with Cemu; there is an option in the menu bar to load an NFC tag. They work with some games but a lot will be questionable. It's not a highly sought after feature really. Any games that -write- data to the NFC tag will not work.
