Depends on the armor. Some are high stat, but balanced around all six stats, some have three or four spikes around 15-20, and other have two spikes that are 25+. Masterwork gives you +12 in total stats and that includes the class item too. Also there are some mods that give you stats like traction and the obelisk mod with +20 mobility.
