The 6500ex is not for this configuration. The 18kPV is paying for features you aren't going to use (ie DC coupled batteries) The Growatt is a good choice. I don't know how you are installing the panels, but I would consider placing half the panels facing East and half facing West and installing a single 7.6kW Growatt inverter.

Out of the box inverters, original firmware, I had "ground sensitive" equipment that would fault on battery power. It was faulting as there was no neutral ground bond. It likely made GFCI protection impossible. Signature solar made a video on use cases for N/G bonding. Apparently EG-4 6500EX were shipped with a ground screw at one time.

I am trying to use mpp-solar to reset my EG4 EX6500 to factory defaults. I have set up mpp-solar on a Mint installation with a debian base and followed the ubuntu install instructions. Using a python VENV, I got everything installed. I'm using the factory EG4 USB serial adaptor and the OS sees the device as /dev/ttyUSB0.

Since both inverter max charge is 120 amp each to the battery i think my 300 amp bus bar its enough . Now if would install a 3rd inverter then bus bar must to be changed to 400 amp.
