I think Obsidian has a very slightly better AP than Dragonbone but I don't think it's worth going out of your way for. Hollowbone Arrows would be better in a lot of cases because of the insane AP but they're a bit of a pain to get in mass quantities. Hallowbone arrows with Reach of the red mother gives 100% armor pen.
